Jim PurcellPresident

Jim has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the Company since inception. He has over 30 years of experience in various positions within the food service industry. Jim began his career with 7 years of wholesale distribution experience for a small regional Italian food distributor in Michigan. He then spent over 10 years in positions of increasing responsibility with PepsiCo's food service group including brands such as Taco Bell^®, Pizza Hut^®, KFC^®, Long Johns Silvers^®, A&W^®, Hot N' Now^®, Backyard Burgers^®, East Side Mario's^®, Chevy's^® and California Pizza Kitchen^®. From 1997 to 2007, Jim was a principal of Franchise Foodservice, an organization providing food distribution services to YUM! Brands' industry leading restaurant chains (i.e. Taco Bell^®, Pizza Hut^®, KFC^®, Long John Silvers^®) as well as Quiznos^®. At various points during his career, Mr. Purcell owned three independent food establishments: a bakery, a pizzeria, and full service restaurant. Currently his only business interest is Tazinos^®, Inc. Jim's broad base of skills enable him to fully understand the business of Tazinos^® from every perspective, as well as lead the brand in the right direction to ensure rapid growth through the coming years. His considerable experience in successfully managing other food related businesses serves Tazinos^®, Inc. extremely well.

Jim and his wife Maryann are the parents of three adult sons and two adult daughters. He is a resident of Oak Creek, WI where he has lived for over 20 years.
